RETURN POLICY

La Rue Enterprise LLC dba CoCo La Rue Beauty Products return of clip ins,keratin tip hair, track hair, weaving hair extensions,wigs, ponytails etc will be accepted with a service charge and within 3 days after you receive the product, The merchandise must be sent back at your expense in original condition, it cannot be combed, brushed, washed, cut or altered to tags/packaging in anyway with products will be ineligible for a return. You must request a return authorization number, except for Amazon. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at customers expense. If items are returned that's not the original product and exchanged out with a product that was not shipped could lead to fraud charges. Only return products that were shipped to you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange on human hair extensions will be given with 7 % service charge. We will ship the exchanged items after the order sent is received back in the condition it was sent it. Re-shipping charge will apply.Products such as fiat iron that comes with manufacture warranty can be replaced for the same brand and items only on condition of manufacture defects. It will not be replaced if the equipment has been dropped or abused. 

STORE CREDIT POLICY

Store credit will be given on human hair extensions with 20% service charge as long as they are returned in its original condition with the copy of invoice within 3 days of the received date. Store credit is valid for the purchase of any products from La Rue Enterprise.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEM

Items such as special orders, custom orders, wigs, accessories, hair extensions dvd/videos,clearance items and etc ARE NOT returnable for exchange, store credit nor refund.

Warranty

La Rue Enterprise DBA CoCo La Rue stands behind it's hair. Our natural colors natural browns and natural black hair has not been process. We can not guarantee lighter colored hair because it has been process.
